  • Honey is considered to be very good for hydration and at the same time it is antioxidant. With the help of a few tablespoons of honey mixed with lemon juice and olive oil, we will prepare a mask to apply on the face and neck. Allow to dry and clean with lukewarm water.
  • Cucumber is considered by specialists as a very good refreshment. It is considered one of the best natural tonics we can use. We can prepare a mixture with grated cucumber and natural yogurt that we will apply on the face, leaving it to act for about ten minutes. Remove with lukewarm water.
  • Aloe vera is very good for skin care, because it is one of the best remedies for leaving the face and is a natural moisturizer. We can use the gel from an aloe vera leaf directly or we can prepare a mask by adding a tablespoon of mayonnaise and another of honey. Apply and leave for about fifteen minutes. Clean with lukewarm water.
  • Cinnamon is recommended by researchers because it plays a very important role in the production of collagen. It is also essential to prevent facial sagging. Mix a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, a little turmeric and enough olive oil to form a paste, we will add half a teaspoon of salt or sugar. You need to gently rub your face and neck with the paste obtained for a few minutes. Wash with lukewarm water.
  • Mask for tomatoes and lemons: it is ideal for oily skin, has a high antioxidant power and the high content of vitamins promotes collagen production. Apply and leave for about fifteen minutes. Remove with lukewarm water.
